Lovely knit dress in good condition. The pocket shape, buttons , and back details are great. The fabric washes up like a dream with no shrinkage . There are a couple faint marks on lower front of the dress and one spot near lower rear hem. Slight underarm darkening. Tiny pull in fabric on front skirt, shown in last pic. Belt is not included. Measurements are : waist 30 inches, bust 34 , and hips 34. Length from shoulder is 45 inches, with the rear hem dipping a bit lower by design.
