Antique Victorian Black Silk Jacquard Bodice Stripes and Bubble Pattern AS IS. This gorgeous Victorian bodice is made of a black silk with a jacquard pattern. The bodice also features a black silk chiffon ruffle trim, a dramatic scalloped bib collar, star patterned lining, and an ivory colored ruffled high neck collar. The jacquard pattern is comprised of diagonal stripes with bubble like circles over top. There are a series of hooks and eyes down the front of the bodice and boning under the bust, both are original to the garment. This piece is in great antique condition. There is a one inch long tear in the silk on the bib collar and spots of where the silk has begun to shred in the ivory colored high neck collar.
