A most glorious antique evening dinner dress from the Victorian 1890's that is fresh from a NY estate. The dress is made of copper French fabric that has a large leaf and floral pattern. The front of the bodice has a white ivory satin inert and collar.
The bodice has tiny vertical pleating on either side of front hook and eye closures and a lacework with pearls stand up collar. The bodice is decorated with a over the shoulders chemical lace with added pearl beads around neckline, and around cuffs.
A most charming antique original Victorian 1890's white cotton camisole. The top has a leaf and dotted pattern and the lower section has rows of pin tucking. The camisole has the original blue silk ribbon inserts on the shoulders, front and back of the bust area. The camisole has a front button closure. It is in crisp and clean condition.
