I believe this was originally intended for a teen girl but it would work as a long top or a dress (If you are small in stature.) Made in the USA but I. C. No fabric content tag but I believe the bottom is cotton and the top os stretchy, like a t shirt so maybe nylon or polyester. Measurements - Please check your measurements and use mine. Bust = 32 to 40 inchesBodice = 17 inchesWaist = 36 to 48 inchesOverall length = 30 inches Again, though most likely made for a teen, this would be cute as a dress if 30 inches works for you or a blouse / top.
