I believe this was originally intended for a teen girl but it would work as a long top or a dress (If you are small in stature.) Made in the USA but I. C. No fabric content tag but I believe the bottom is cotton and the top os stretchy, like a t shirt so maybe nylon or polyester. Measurements - Please check your measurements and use mine.
