Late 30s or early 40s orange summer weight dress with ric rac trim. I think the fabric is cotton and it’s very light weight and slightly sheer with a textured pattern. The color is amazing! The dress has pleated shoulders so the sleeves puff out a bit. It has a metal side zipper. The dress is darted to give it a somewhat fitted look but I think it’s meant to fit slightly loose. This is in great condition. It has one small spot in the back near the hem. The measurements are: 34-36” bust 30” waist but I think best to fit 27-28” 42” hips 44” length shoulder to hem with 3” to let down
