ERA : VICTORIAN. HOOK AND EYE AND SNAP CLOSURE IN THE REAR. CONDITION: THE BOTTOM IS UNFINISHED AS IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SEEN. THERE IS ONE SMALL RUST POINT STAIN ON THE BOTTOM FRONT EDGE. Often for proper fit, hang, and wear ability, pieces will need to be altered and/or adding a hook or snap here or there, with a seam closure or strengthening needed.
