Rare and wonderful Zandra Rhodes , this dates to the 1970s . It has a pleated ruffled collar and a youthquake cut with long 4 button cuffs This can be worn at a tunic or a mini dress which will be very short This is made of rayon crepe and it has a smock cut . It can be worn as a mini or a long tunic top This vintage Zandra Rhodes tunic is in excellent condition and it is a deep rich black . Some of the pics have been lightened to show detail This was made in England and it is labeled size small, it up to 38” across at the bust and the waist , it is 15” at the shoulders and the length is 29”
