It is a bit fitted at the waist & has a zipper closure down the back w/ a ruffle trim around the neckline. It feels like it is made of polyester w/ a barkcloth like feel to the fabric. The only found flaw on dress is that the elastic in the left sleeve cuff seems to have deteriorated a bit & has lost its stretch.
