There is a blue patch on one leg and a couple other small holes. Please see the photos and measurements below.When laying flat, the waist measures 12 inches and can stretch to 14.5 inches. When flat, the hip area measures 17 inches. The inseam (crotch to the bottom of the leg) measures 30 inches. The rise (waist to crotch) is 12 inches.
