Is probably from the 1950’s or 60’s. Is pleated and waist is approx. 24 inches. Is 15 inches long with a 2” hem that has been hand stitched. The rest is machine stitched. Has some flaws in the fabric. Looks like it was washed and the red color got on the white. Put on a number of picture so you can see all sides.
