Excellent condition, no flaws aside from the top clasp missing on top of the zipper pull. The skirt has two layers as pictured, the skirt with zipper and then the attached wrap around. You could easily seam rip the second layer off if it bothers you, it’s just attached at the back near tag. Could be from 80s or 90s but likely 90s. Measurements laid flat: Skirt (wrap not measured, only the main skirt with the zipper) Length~41 in. Waist~12.5-13 in. Top: Length~18 in. Pit to pit~ relaxed 16.5 - fully stretched is 21.5 in Waist~18 in.
