VTG 80s avant-garde Art Deco dress swirl drop waist flower bright party formal

Specifications

Shades green, periwinkle, purple and fuchsia in this unique 80s dress. In good condition, label says Patra and there is no fabric or care tag, nor size tag. I would say its about a size 8-10 or M-L if I had to guess, the fabric also has woven metallic gold threads for a fun look. The fabric rose is a removable pin that can come off. It’s most likely polyester but looks like chiffon. Cool drop waist swirl skirt design and it’s meant to have a shift shapeless look 40 inch bust (meant to have wiggle room) Waist is 40 inches Length underarm to hem is 33 inches Sleeves measure 24.5 inches
