In good, pre-owned & vintage, condition! Light wear....no flaws! I believe this was seamstress made - nice quality with no tags of any kind. Top is a polyester, but I think skirt may be a cotton blend (not 100% sure). Empire waist. See Measurements - pit to pit was tricky to measure flat due to darts. Between 16 - 16.5 inches pit to pit. Item cleaned per eBay policy.
