This is a fantastic vintage square dance petticoat and it is cherry red. It has two layers and it has a built-in waist by Vanity Fair. The waist has a spot where it needs restitched and it's not very elastic like it was back in the '60s but if you are creative the elastic could be replaced easily. The skirt brand is Malco Modes San Francisco and it is a size Small, junior's petite. (38 waist see pics) The red skirt is 2 layers of fun, fluffy nylon and is in perfect condition, and perfect under your dance skirts! So fun!!!
