This gorgeous gown was made for a wedding in 1994, but was unable to attend so never worn. Empire waist fit to flare with sweetheart neckline. Slightly off shoulder with stretchy shoulder straps. Selling as is....One of the shoulder straps elastic (inside velvet) has lost some stretch, and could possibly need shortened but not necessarily if worn off shoulder.( which if I'm not mistaken is how it was to be worn) Also, the lining is slightly faded in spots but does not show. Perfect dress to dance the night away, just needs a little repair. There is some seam allowance in the shoulders, front and back, could be let out a bit.
