This eye catching blue dress has a body made of a soft silky polyester. The front bodice also has a stylish layered overlay made of soft poly chiffon fabric. The sheer short sleeve arms are also made of a single layer of poly chiffon fabric. The lightly elasticized waist and a matching belt create a more sleek & figure flattering look.
