Vintage The Specialty House Dress Formal Ponch Cape from late 1980s to early 1990s OSFM one size fits most. Approximately 32” from shoulder seam to hem. Cape is black with embroidered velvet collar and one button closure. I haven’t worn in years but from what I remember, it’s pretty warm. I wore to winter get togethers. Nice condition but does have overall pilling (see photos).
