Collar has pulls. There are marks on the left back shoulder blade area and at the hem by the front closure. Also a faint spot on the left collar next to a tape stain. Thread missing under the right collar point and thread pulls on the collar. Please see photos. Measurements lying flat: armpit to armpit 20”, waist 15 1/4”, hips 21”, shoulder to hem 41 1/2”.
