Nice Vintage Condition! It looks like the waist has been altered somehow. A waist strap has been removed and three small snap buttons have been sewn in. There are many small holes, mostly near the seams. Please see the photos for details. It has a vintage, musty smell. When flat, the waist measures 13.5 inches. Waist to hem is 37 inches.
