Up for sale is a vintage Mennonite Women's lot including 8 pieces: -Round bonnet with black textured fabric: Pleats around front, 2" rim, ribbon strap with hook and eye clasp. Interior is also pleated in silk-like fabric. Notice tag on interior "2 CLL/13/25". Body of bonnet is in excellent condition - fabric is clean and in nice shape with minimal wear. Strap and closure show some wear. -2 Full smock handmade cotton aprons: Both measure approximately 36" in length from shoulder to hem, approximately "medium size" with waist straps; Light blue apron with pink brick-a-brack trim has two side pockets, v-neck, and light green vintage button closure on back. Cream apron has rounded skirt, side pockets and "halter" neck with small colorful patterned trim. Please see photos for condition details: both aprons have been well-used with stains, holes and wear throughout. -Delicate white cotton hankie measuring approximately 10" square. Lovely ringed edge with criss-cross pattern at corners. Clean. -4 books on Mennonite history and heritage:Glimpses of Mennonite History and Doctrine by John Christian Wenger, 1947 & 1959 by Herald Press. Good used condition with some signs of wear.Living More with Less 30th Anniversary Edition by Doris Janzen Longacre, 2010 by Herald Press.
