Vintage late 1980’s-90’s little black velvet cocktail dress w/fabric rose detail

Class up the joint, in this late 80's to 90's little black velvet dress... This classy cocktail dress number is made of a lush velvet fabric. The bodice is a deep, dark (almost black) burgundy color, and is top-stitched in a brilliant, metallic blue thread, with a subtle swirling floral pattern. The skirt is made of a pure black, slightly longer pile (extra soft) velvet fabric. The overall silhouette is fitted, with a slightly structured shoulder area and full length sleeves. The back bodice is open, with an isosceles triangle shape above the waist. The skirt has a draped flounce at front, plus a self-fabric rosette with rhinestone gem center. Dress is lined with a light acetate fabric, and has invisible zipper closure at back skirt, moderately padded shoulders, plus velvet-covered button (plus snaps) at back neck. Overall condition is excellent with little to no signs of wear, original label cut, and subtle lightening to fabric at hem, but no major flaws to note! Main label has been cut but I've looked up the RN number to find that it is a Leslie Fay Original. Remaining labels 'size 4, 66% acetate, 31% nylon, 3% metallic, made in Korea, dry clean only.'
