Long sleeved blouson dress in beige with beige stripes (with small metallic silver stripe) has pleated shoulders, pleated sleeves, wrap bodice into elastic waist with peplum and straight skirt by JCPenney. 72% triacetate, 27% polyester, 1% metallic, size 9/10. 36" bust, 28-32" waist, 40" hip, 13.5" shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 16.5" edge of shoulder pouf to edge of shoulder pouf (sewn into seam), 23" sleeve, 16" shoulder to waist, 6.5" peplum, 27" waist to hem. Some scuffing(?) in a couple spots that can only be seen at certain angles - please see picture.
