True vintage much used wool plaid skirt. The skirt is in just OK condition shows lots of signs of wear. The leather buckles are starting to crack and the inner piece of the skirt that’s crossed over has several holes in it also one other spot by one of the pleats has a hole in it, to be honest, these things aren’t visible when you have it on. The waist measures 24.5 inches and the hips measure 36 inches. The length is 21.5 inches. The waist could be taken in a little or let out a little if you moved the button and hook on the inside of the band. The skirt has the ticket from the cleaners on it still
