Vintage Cream Tiered Circle Skirt with Gold Metallic Ric Rac and Trim. This skirt is made of a very lightweight rayon that has been tightly gathered into two tiers. The waistband is decorated with three rows of gold ric rac and closes with two hooks. The skirt has been hemmed at some point and can be made 3 inches longer if wanted. There are a couple of small holes and stains as pictured and there is no brand. My best guess is that it is Indian based on similar examples. Waist: 26" Length: 23"
