This is a beautiful empty cardboard display box for Mannings brand sheer nylon hosiery stockings, made by H. Mantell, Inc., New York 10, NY, measuring 7 1/2" x 9 3/4" x 5/8", with a vivid pink background and the young woman posed to show off her stockings made by Mannings. Undated but after some brief research, my guess is that this is from the 1950's. Box is one of the more desirable stocking boxes and this one is in outstanding 9+++ condition. From a pet free and smoke free home-the box has no odor. Only one like it on ebay.
