Truly a stand out dress. Waffle texture cotton gracefully curving around waist and hips for a sleek pencil thin look. Two brass eagle buttons on the hip belt. It has a silver metal zipper, scoop and winged neckline that caps the shoulders in a sleeveless dress, a small kick pleat in the back adds drama. A great vintage find.
