Vintage 90s Velvet Embossed Grunge Floral Sweetheart Neckline Top S? Black Rose Incredibly cute! Has short waist tie to snatch you! Velvet with floral embossed print. Only tag says “34”, I think this would probably best fit a small or maybe extra small— please view my approximate measurements in the photos to ensure it’ll fit you. The inside lining has this weird cotton part that kind of stuck out and didn’t do anything for the blouse so I mostly got all of it out. The satin lining along the neckline and such kind of sticks up sometimes, if you were to iron / steam it down it should be fine I think! No major flaws to note, nice used condition.
