Vintage 90’s dress by YOU BABES. No size tag, so based on the measurements, it looks like a size Small. Measurements in photos. Please check measurements carefully because this is a vintage dress and sizing was different in the 90’s. No materials tag so I have to guess it’s polyester or polyester-cotton blend.
