Short sleeve black shirtdress from the 1990's. This is from David Warren Petites. Mini length. Fabric is a slinky polyester crepe. Round neckline and bodice has decorative (not functional) buttons down the center front. Pleated, with a flared skirt. Size 6, shown on a S/M and it fits well (also I am not petite). I have it pictured with a belt for inspiration, does not come belted but you can add your own if you choose. Excellent condition.
