Shoulder pads, and dolman blouson style top with mesh illusion insert front end center for a plunging neck line before falling to a ruched stretchy but fitted skirt. 80s in all of its dramatic 80s glory. The brand is mavens of California, which was a better brand at the time. Tag size 11, but that is vintage sizing and laying flat measures approximately 19 inches armpit two armpit, 13 inches across the waist stretching to 16 inches without much resistance and 17 inches across the hip stretching to 19 without much resistance and 46 inches shoulder to hem.
