Intricate beadwork and dotted with pearls. Deep V cut neckline with a dramatic ruffled portrait collar. Puffed shoulders with shoulder pads and balloon sleeves. Wrap style skirt in multiple layers with pin tuck pleating. Dress is lined in black chiffon. Supremely comfortable and breezy with lots of flow and movement. 95” long matching scarf !!!
