Stunning strapless Jill Richards navy dress with layered ruched jersey bodice, cascading sheer organza ruffled back and big bow at the back of the waist. Really incredible design with the ruffles forming a beautiful silouette. Great condition but does have two holes, see photos. Perfect for an evening or special event.
