vintage from the 1950s, handmade, has some minor areas with loose or excess threads to the eyelet material, there are also some area with dust or particles that have gotten stuck in the fabric from being in storage for many years, and some faint yellowish discoloration towards the top of the dress probably because of the way that it was folded in storage. I folded the dress in some of the later pictures to try to show this - please refer to the photos for condition details and measurements. It is a sheer piece that would need something underneath
