Classic vintage 1990s dress in black with rope ties at the collar. Short sleeves and shoulder pads, somewhat of an empire waist. Label Reads: Rena Rowan for Saville. Fully lined, side zip. Its a 90's size 6, but do see measurements. 100% poly. Has original tags. Near mint vintage condition. Unworn Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
