Vintage 80’s Cherry Red Zero to 9 Long Sleeved Drop Waist Casual Dress Red crew-neck long-sleeved button-up dress with shoulder pads and drop waist. Black plastic buttons from collar to crotch. Top portion is gathered and the drop waist to create a balloon / bubble effect and the bottom portion slims. Slit at the rear of the bottom portion. No elastic nor buttons at the wrists.
