Vintage 1980's? Nubby Woven Gauzey stripes with what feels like cotton although there are no tags at all. This is a Victorian High Neck style Blouse and is very White(see Post Office package for comparison. This beautiful blouse has puff sleeve, ruffles at bib front and collar, some fitting for super feminine details and pearly button front and cuffs. Because the buttons feel plastic I don't think it is older than the 1970's. This is a Sweet Lolita CottageCore home on the prairie victorian/Edwardian and 1970's secretary geek all in one.
