Vintage wiggle dress made by Lilli Diamond. Dress has orange lace fabric over fully lined non stretch material. Looks like the lace detail could be worn on or off the shoulder. It appears that the rhinestone straps were added and not original to the dress. They could easily be cut off. Overall great condition minus some pulled fabric near stitching along the front waist area of the lining fabric. Please photos for details. Fabric has no stretch.
