A beautiful vintage 1940s-50s sleeveless shirtdress in baby blue with a pocket detail with embroidered letters on the chest, a fitted waist with self tie belt, pearly buttons down the center and pleated details. It's label is Shaker Square which was a popular women's store in Cleveland, Ohio owned by Anne Polshek. I found her nephews obituary and its just always strange & cool when I am researching vintage and see my birthday listed(https://obits.cleveland.com/us/obituaries/cleveland/name/james-polshek-obituary?id=36601426)! LABEL: Anne Polshek Shaker Square FABRIC: material is a unique textured, thicker, shiny feeling material SHOULDERS: 15.5" SHOULDER TO WAIST: 17" to shortest waist length BUST: 42" WAIST: 31" HIPS: 49" LENGTH: 43" CONDITION: great, see photos- has loose threads inside, small hole on back bodice, spot above pocket, seam separation on shoulder, loose threads by underarm, imperfection on waistband that could be covered if belt is tied in the front, small spot on skirt, small hole at underarm, imperfection on back bodice PINNED TO MODEL?: no ☝For reference Mod's measurements are S 11", B 32.5", W 24", H 32.5"☝ [R2019]
