Gorgeous Norma Kamali teal green vintage 1980s satin peplum waist cocktail or evening dress with long dolman style sleeves and a collared neckline, which can be worn up or down. There is a keyhole detail in front and on the back of the structured waist peplum over a straight midi length skirt. Very gently worn and in very good condition. Original Shoulder pads. Slight discoloration on underside of one sleeve and on front of skirt. One owner. Vintage size 10
