It looks like it's handmade. The dress is in great condition for its age. The only noticeable flaw is that the hook and eye closure may need a new loop sewn on. The bodice is a lovely black velvet, lined in a black poly lining, and the skirt is a gorgeous silky poly blend with a paisley print in burgundy and bold rust, blue and gold.
