Pants are in fair to good condition. There are several pin dot marks and pin dot snags. Only one that is really noticeable. See pics. At the hem of the pants it seems they were shorter and then lengthened. You can see wear. But they are such a cute unique pant. I’d say kind of a nautical style. Lacing at side of waist. White contrast stitching. Zip front. Straight leg. I’d say cotton but could be another material. Thought cotton was the most used in this time period. Lightweight. No stretch. 27” waist 32” inseam 15” leg opening 12” rise.
