Pretty plum colored handcrafted textured rayon dress by Ms. Emma Designs, from I’m guessing the early 1990s. It’s a unique vintage piece that is quietly elegant. Made in Canada, it features an open V-neck, cap sleeves, an empire waistline, a loose sheath fit below the waist, and side slits in the skirt. The fabric is soft and silky rayon. The size tag is missing but it’s shown on a Size 8 dress form (bust 35.5” waist 26.5” hips 36.5”) on which it fits nicely. See pictures for measurements. Color most like in pictures on dress form, not as blue as the pictures shown flat. Any questions please ask.
