This is a suit coat from the 1930’s or 40’s. It’s a women’s black with velvet like collar. Double breasted. No size market and no material marker. But maker is Henry Gans ans line is called “miss and Mrs”. No real issues with jacket. Has weird plastic aids in smhoilder sleeves, a bow on low back of piece and 3 weighted discs in back of coat.
