H&M in the early 2000's designed a sixties inspired collection- I was lucky to snag this dress from that era. Thick banded scoop neckline, 3/4 cuffed sleeves, empire waist, 5 non functioning front placket gold tone buttons, and two faux small flap pockets with button detail.
