The top part is a cream colored attractive open work crochet like lace overlay in a rose pattern. White dangle beads and clear rhinestones adorn the bodice and neckline. There are a couple of the beads missing but I repositioned one so they look even without the missing ones Also a rhinestone missing which on the overall scale of things is not overly noticeable.
