Vintage midi length pleated wool skirt by Deans of Scotland. This is in great condition with no visible flaws and the plates are all still super sharp. It's a rap style with a buckle closure. I can't tell if the buckle is real leather or not, but it looks like it to me. The front is flat with a intentionally frayed blanket edge This is a vintage size 14 which is more consistent with a modern 10 Length: 34.5" Waist: 15.5" laid flat, about 31" circ.
