Literally one of the greatest custom Ceil Chapman gowns I’ve ever seen. The beading is stellar and intact. The skirt needs some work. The draping needs tacking in a few spots and there are a couple of stains. The hemline has problems in that it’s coming down and frayed in a spot. It’s an easy fix. In fact rehabbing the dress would not be difficult or impossible. It should be a labor of love because it’s custom and the most beautiful dress ever!!! Please see all photos.
