Antique Victorian cotton lace dress

Such a beautiful find! It is a small size. Perhaps for a child? Bust=20", length from shoulder 49-50", neckline=V-shape, short sleeves, white-on-white patterned fabric, probably cotton, with some loose lace on the neckline and sleeves. Run quarter-inch ribbon through the lace under the bust and sleeves. Not branded. "M" Monogram embroidered on the right front. 7-8-inch ruffle around the bottom. Very little damage to fabric. Altogether a lovely piece. Look at pictures carefully for any detail not described. I did not iron this. It has not been washed or altered in any way since I found it a few years ago.
