In very good preowned condition. The elastic in the neckline and sleeves is fixed and no longer expands and retracts, however it’s still wearable because it’s fixed into a good position that’s not overly stretched. Little bit of minor pilling on the arm pits only, as shown in the close up photo. Fit and flare midi tea dress. Casual. Off the shoulder puff sleeves.
